This paper provides a brief overview of the Mobile Trusted Module (MTM), its features and capabilities with respect to TPMs. The viewpoint is the device manufacturer's, i.e. the functionalities deined by the Remote Owner MTM (MRTM) profile of the specifcation. Additionally the paper presents a few use cases related to the technology, the implementation of a MRTM emulator and a proposal for an API to control MTM functionality.
