Arto Palin

Senior Research Engineer
Tampere

I graduated from TUT 1997 as M.Sc, in Telecommunications, Minors Signal Processing and Programming. I joined NRC 1998 and have worked with different non cellular access technolgies like Bluetooth, IEEE802.xx, Wibree (BT LE), DVB-T, DVB-H, UWB. I have worked in multiple levels, from RF/baseband signal processing up to adaptation/applications.
