Carmen Au

Senior Researcher
Palo Alto

I graduated from McGill University (Montreal, Canada) with a Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering.  My area of research was in computer vision and augmented reality.

Since March 2011, I have been at NRC Palo Alto in the Systems, Locations, Interfaces and Media team.  We are working on building a social and mobile mixed reality platform.

Research Interests

- Augmented Reality for mobile devices

- Computer Vision applications

- Psychophysical experimentation

- Human Computer Interaction
