Dmytro Rusanovskyy

Dmytro Rusanovskyy has joined the Nokia Research Center in 2007, and since then he is actively contributed to ITU-T/VCEG and MPEG standardizations. He is  an author/co-author of more than 10 academic papers, several patent applications and several adopted ITU-T/VCEG proposals which are reporting results of his work.

Dmytro Rusanovskyy has PhD degree in digital signal processing from Tampere University of Technology and MSc. in mobile computing and telecommunication. His major interests and experiences are in area of image and video processing with emphasis on developing complexity-scalable algorithms and solutions.
