Professional Activities

I have been working at Nokia Research Center since 2004. During my time here I have worked on the following topics:

  • utilizing 3D graphics in mobile user interfaces (especially focusing on the technical software implementation)
  • Multimedia Menu of Nokia N95 (graphics rendering of the application's main UI view)
  • multimodal / multidevice user interfaces (e.g., see publications about Gravity Sphere)
  • mixed reality / augmented reality

Research Interests

I am interested in 3D graphics and visualization, realtime 3D and game software engines, OpenGL ES, game design, music (particularly composing new music), typography, elegant design, software architectures, and rapid prototype development.
