BackgroundI received my PhD from Radio Laboratory of Helsinki University of Technology in 2002. My thesis topic was directional radio propagation measurements and analysis. I joined Nokia Research Center in 1999 as research engineer and since then have worked on several projects focusing on smart antennas, flexible spectrum use, and radio propagation measurements and modeling. Currently I work as Research Leader in Enabling Radio Technologies Team of NRC Helsinki Laboratory with responsibility of our indoor and local radio positioning research.
