Background:
I have been with Nokia since 1996 in different positions in the Research Center, Mobile Phones and Mobile Software. I am currently a Research Leader of Media Systems and Transport team in Nokia Research Center. I have more than 10 years of experience in video compression and multimedia communication systems. I have been an active delegate in international standardization organizations, such as the Joint Video Team (JVT), the Digital Video Broadcasting Project (DVB), and the 3rd Generation Partnership Project (3GPP).
