I joined Nokia research center in May 2007.  Up to now, I had participated 4 projects and responsible for the reliability study, simulations, tests, and partially for GUI software design of the demonstrators.  Prior to join Nokia, I had worked for Motorola about 5 years as Senior software engineer focusing on development of simulation, mechnical and reliability analysis tools. I holds Ph.D. and M.S. in Manufacturing Engineering of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and B.S. in applied mathematics and applied software.
 

Research Interests

During the career, I had been interested in:

  •   Computer aided of design, manufacturing, engineering and verification (CAD/CAM/CAE/CAV)
  •   Scientific calculation algorithm
  •   FEA simulation
  •   GUI software design in windows, unix and linux system.
  •   Computer Graphics & Computer Aided Geometry Design (CG&CAGD), Virtual reality 
  •   Reliability analysis, Failure analysis and mechanical tests
  •   Surface and mechanical design.
