Samiul Md Haque
Senior Researcher, NanotechnologyCambridge , UK
Graduated from Warwick University in 2003 then finished PhD from University of Cambridge, UK in early 2008 in Carbon Nanotube based sensors. Focused on compatibility of nanotubes and nanowires of CMOS platforms. Joined Nokia in 2008 March in Helsinki Nanosystems division to work on graphene and CNTN based devices - focused mainly on FIB and atomic layer deposition techniques for patterning graphene. From February 2009 started working at Nokia Cambridge UK labs on Stretchable and Flexible Electronics for future applications. Interested on integrated nanosystems , flexbile and stretchable electronics, energy harvesting technology.
