NRC Lausanne implements close collaboration model with partner universities, like EPFL and ETHZ. In addition to the Call for Proposals to explore new innovative research ideas, we are implementing many other mechanisms to collaborate with our academic partners:

• Common projects with academic research groups related to commonly interesting research questions
• Nokia offers devices and earlier Nokia developments as a basis of experimental course exercises
• Nokia-EPFL Application Development Lab at the campus to boost mobile platform based innovation
• Opportunities for students to execute part of their studies in Nokia related initiatives
• Exchange of ideas and other open interaction - without project commitments
• Contributions to conferences and workshops (e.g. TPC memberships, talks)
