The research of this team is focused on hardware enablers to realize physically personal devices with compliant and modular solutions, which are easy to use, comfortable to wear, reliable and cost effective. Work is done mainly in the physical user interface components including the housing of the device. The applications will be mobile device enhancements, which user can freely select and combine with other modules. The results can be applied in wearable products as well as in handheld mobile communication devices.
