The aim of the recruitment process is to facilitate filling job vacancies with qualified and suitable candidates. This is an important practice for any business and it's increasingly carried out online.
This is the first ever initiative within Nokia Research to develop this kind of applications on the mobile. Most of the consultants will use the mobile for communicating with the employers and candidates over calls, this process will simplify the process by providing the details at a time to multiple consultants and then to candidates to share the requirements details.
The Process is expected to fulfill the following requirements:
1. Easy to use: A user can intuitively interact with the system without any prior knowledge.
2. Flexible matching: user has control on similarity measures of the matching profiles and requirements.
3. Efficiency: The process should operate efficiently.
